• Fac­tu­al inspec­tion of deli­very bills and goods 
• Che­cking and pos­ting the goods receipt 
• For­war­ding and ensu­ring the flow of goods 
• Pro­fes­sio­nal and warm wel­co­me of cus­to­mers and guests 
• Coor­di­na­ti­on of the per­son­nel flow 
• Sup­port with gene­ral, admi­nis­tra­ti­ve tasks 

Your profile

• You have suc­cess­ful­ly com­ple­ted a com­mer­cial or a com­pa­ra­ble appren­ti­ce­ship, pre­fer­a­b­ly as a care­er changer 
• You have basic know­ledge of an ERP system in the area of mate­ri­als management 
• You are com­mu­ni­ca­ti­ve and have a plea­sant manner 
• You work care­ful­ly and respon­si­b­ly and are cha­rac­te­ri­zed by ana­ly­ti­cal thin­king and a struc­tu­red way of working 
• You are con­fi­dent in the com­mon office app­li­ca­ti­ons and have the desi­re to fami­lia­ri­ze yourself with new topics 
• You are cha­rac­te­ri­zed by a quick grasp and a high level of initiative 
• You have a good com­mand of English 
• You have a talent for orga­niz­a­ti­on and can com­mu­ni­ca­te confidently 
• You are keen to work in an inno­va­ti­ve com­pa­ny, in an inter­na­tio­nal team
